Akihiro Musa is an executive specialist of 1st Government and Public
Solutions Division at NEC Corporation, and a visiting Professor of
Cyber Science Center at Tohoku University, Japan. He received Ph.D.
Degrees in information sciences from Tohoku University in 2009.
