Igor Odintsov is a Head of Scientific and Application Research Department at the RSC Technologies Company. He studied mathematics at the St. Petersburg University. He started the professional career at the Institute of precision mechanics and computer engineering of RAS, where participated at the compiler development for the domestic HPC Systems Elbrus-2. He was a technical leader and project manager in the Elbrus MCST Company to develop software tools in collaboration with Sun Microsystems. Igor Odintsov has been the manager of the Intel Grid Program Environment software in the Intel Corporation. He is also dedicated lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics for more than 25 years. Igor is textbook author of “Professional programming. System approach” and has authored or co-authored for more than 50 scientific publications.
