Toni Collis is the Chair and co-founder of Women in HPC (WHPC), and the Chief Business Development Office for Appentra Solutions. Within Appentra Toni provides technical and business development expertise on development of new HPC software products aimed at improving access to HPC technologies and programmer productivity. She has experience in HPC applications development in her previous roles and has provided consultancy to both industry and academic groups. Toni has extensive experience in setting up and running inclusion and diversity activities. Toni is also the SC18 Inclusivity Chair, having been involved in the diversity and inclusion efforts at the conference since 2016. Toni has extensive experience of running and chairing workshops, BoFs and conferences, having run 7 WHPC workshops and been a co-organiser on a wide variety of both technical and diversity themed BoFs, Panels and conferences.
